Refund Policy

Our refund policy for the SaaS platform is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our service. To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of making the initial subscription payment.

1. You have the freedom to create 3 (three) product pages as a part of our free trial. You are eligible for a refund if a subscription has been made and no pages were created after that or imported to your store. Please note that any creation of pages or importing them into your store disqualifies you for a refund because premium (paid) functions have been used. In such a case, you can cancel your subscription and use PagePilot until the end of the billing period.

2. Upon meeting these conditions, a refund request can be initiated. The processing time for refunds usually ranges from 1-2 business days, but in some instances, it could take up to five business days. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your card. The duration for the credited amount to appear in your card account may vary, depending on your card provider's policies.

3. If you have a yearly subscription and request a refund, you will be refunded. You will be deducted a charge for the months PagePilot.ai subscription was active at the cost of a monthly subscription. (e.g., You have paid a yearly Lite Plan subscription and want a refund two months after using it. Since the Lite plan costs $39 a month, $78 will be deducted from the total refund amount).

We urge our customers to fully utilize the trial period to determine whether our platform meets their needs, as our post-trial refund policy is strictly enforced to ensure fairness and clarity in our service agreement.
